Lots of firsts on the Lyra today! I’ve been so busy that it’s been too long since I’ve had a chance to play on my aerial hoop. Seeing this was technically day 3 I figured I better learn something so I set out to learn the following today: Arabesque, Pencil Hang, Fish and Lady In The Moon AND I did my first Toe Hang (I have to admit the Toe Hang and The Lady In the Moon was a bit scary – going to take a bit of practice to feel fully secure)…but all in all, not a bad day!
