Had a nice Skype date with my aerial bestie today and we worked on a new spin together (The Gargoyle) I saw Cyd Sailor post to Instagram; interesting pose with a few cool variations that can be pulled from it – I think it’s a keeper. Then touched on Cradle to Ayesha (it’s been a LONG time since I’ve even thought about that move… it needs a lot of clean up but I’m glad it got revisited).
All in all a good, fun training day that left me with plenty of chrome burns and pole kisses 🙂 Hope you all had a productive day!
